This is a very desirable bronze sculpture of a lovely lady doing the "Fan Dance" by famed Art Deco artist Dimitri Chiparus. Sitting on her tip toes with her arms to her sidesside, she holds two fan in her hand. She arches her back and looks to her side in a mid-dance pose. She is elegantly dressed in a patterned and finely detailed dress and wears a patterned headpiece. This sculpture is an example of superb craftsmanship, with great attention to detail. This sculpture has been cast by the experienced artisans in our own  European art foundry from the finest pure bronze. "Fan Dance" boasts a gorgeous patina finish in tones of brown that have been permanently fused into the bronze itself under very high heat. This is a top quality artwork that will endure to captivate countless generations to come and is signed D.H Chiparus.
