Born in Paris in 1939 and spending much of his childhood in Andalusia, Spain, Milo developed a deep passion for sculpting from a young age, influenced by his artistic family background. Apprenticing with accomplished sculptors in America and Spain, Milo honed his craft and began focusing on steel and bronze sculptures, particularly horses and other animals.

Milo's artistry shines through in his ability to capture the essence of nature and the inherent drama of animals, drawing from his childhood experiences surrounded by horses and witnessing the majestic bulls of Spain. His unique process, combining a special cement mixture with steel, allows for the fluidity of metal while retaining the timelessness of stone, resulting in sculptures that exude texture, movement, and a distinct line characteristic of Milo's work.
