The fair maiden can be seen having just finished bathing in the waters of a lake. She is viewed from her from her right side, leaning on the rocks of a cliff, as she clings to the towel that the sudden gust of wind of the advancing storm wishes to lift from her. Her eyes hold surprise at the hurried rush of coldness and air as her hair whips behind her. The 100% bronze sculpture was cast using the age-old method of lost-wax casting and stained with a brown patina finish for perpetuation. She rests upon a variegated black marble base with the artist P. Roche`s signature.
