The handmade bronze sculpture captures an American buffalo roaming the grasslands with its massive herd. It's textured shaggy, brown winter coat is ruffled by the cold winter wind that whips the open rolling expanse. Symbolically, the buffalo represents holiness and rejuvenation. The buffalo provides all good things for living and bestows great curing powers. The handmade bronze sculpture was molded using the archaic methods of lost-wax casting and stained with a brown patina finish. It is mounted upon a black marble base with the European Bronze Finery stamp of quality and the artist Milo signature.
