This is bronze African Lion Head wall mount, a hunter`s trophy, of a magnificent creature. It`s vivacity mummified for ages. It is interesting that the lion is considered by many ancient cultures to be a solar animal symbol, however it is primarily a nocturnal creature, conducting its hunting activity mostly at night. . The handmade bronze sculpture was cast using the age-old method of lost-wax casting and stained with a brown patina finish for perpetuation.
