This earthly maiden stands in an upright position, holding a handbag of wild flowers at her side, as her longs dress slips off her soft shoulders, exposing her breasts. With her eyes down, she gives off a type of longing, as though she is weighed down by an ailing heart. This brown patina was cast using the "lost wax method." She is mounted upon a black marble base and is signed by Jean Patou.
